Company A-1 Mini Reunion - Mar 13-15 2018 - Venice, FL

Co A-1 had our first mini-reunion in Venice, FL, March 13-15, 2018.  Classmates and wives in attendance were: Bill/Marie Fay, Nat/Lily Fox, Jack/Barbara Hug, Jim/Edna Johnson, Hal/Pat Ladehoff, Jim/Genie Lincoln, Mike McManus, Bob/Jeannie Miser, and Keith Nance.  Also attending were Jim/Joan Egan, guests of the Fays.

The arrival night featured a dinner at the Daiquiri Deck, Venice, FL.  On March 14, 2018, the group visited the Ringling Circus, and Museum of Art in Sarasota, FL, followed by a buffet lunch at the home of Jim and Edna Johnson in University Park, FL.  The evening meal was at Pinchers Restaurant in Venice, FL. The last day included a luncheon cruise on Sarasota Bay, followed by a tour of the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.  The evening meal was a pizza party hosted by Hal and Pat Ladehoff.  The party concluded with a meeting that brought classmates up-to-date on classmates who could not attend and paid tribute to our departed classmates: Lyell King, Swift Martin, Ross Cullins, Jay Rodman and Jack Downey.
